A Smart Parent sent the group a link to a slideshow called A Parent's Wish. I got teary-eyed after watching it once. Hope you can check this out.
As a daughter, it made me realize my shortcomings in terms of how I treat my parents. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a bad daughter. I just don't take the time to make them realize how much they mean to me.
As a parent, it made me conscious of how we raise our son. I think that the reason why we have irresponsible and self-centered young adults now is because they were raised that way.
As a Filipino, I felt proud because the person who developed this slideshow is a kababayan.
Watch it. Spread the word. Then, don't forget to tell me how it changed you.
