Shopping for Christmas gifts has always been a struggle for me because I juggle so many tasks every day. So when I get the chance to go out, I make sure that I get to buy everything in one place. Last week, my mother-in-law and I decided to visit SM City Masinag to do our "panic buying" Christmas shopping and we were not disappointed. Truly, SM Malls have it all! Christmas Gift For My Husband
My husband's so passionate about cycling that I often call his bikes his "kabit" (mistresses)! After he started buying a bike for himself, he bought bikes for everyone in the family just so he can justify his addiction, LOL! Well, getting into cycling is better than having other vices, right? So yeah, I totally support him. And I'm glad I found a very affordable and stylish cycling shirt at Surplus.
A Very Peri Christmas Exchange Gift
In case you haven't heard yet, Very Peri (periwinkle) is the Pantone color for 2022. Naturally, it became one of the items in our Secret Santa gift list! I was almost at my wits end thinking about what to give until I stumbled upon the gwiyeopda K-Series thermal tumblers also at Surplus.
Christmas Gifts For My Two Moms
Since we're not still out of the woods in this pandemic, wearing a face mask is still essential. But sometimes, there are special events that would need pretty face masks. My mom and mom-in-law both do not have stylish Peñaflorida Atelier face masks yet and I know they'll be happy when they see the gift sets. Finally, fashion na ang mga lola while still being safe!
Grooming Essentials For My Binata
One thing I'm glad about my son is his concern for his grooming. He's not really vain, but he always reminds me to buy his favorite facial wash, shampoo, after shave, and moisturizer. When it's time to stock up, I go to Watsons Men's Zone because everything he needs is in this area. Saves me a lot of time and pagod indeed!
Gifts For Myself
Of course, self-love is necessary, LOL! I work hard and play harder, so I make sure I also get to buy my kikay stuff. And when it comes to cosmetics and beauty items, I go to Miniso and the SM Store.
Miniso has the facial cotton pads that I regularly use and it's the most affordable in the market. They also have a lot of cute beauty tools that are not heavy on the budget. Since we're traveling soon, I bought an organizer for my earrings and a mini lash curler.
And while my mother-in-law who was with me was shopping at the SM Store, we got ourselves the Buy 1 Take 1 Maybelline lipsticks in shades that we like. I also bought a highligher and concealer stick for myself.
Lunch at Classic Savory
Nakakapagod mag-shopping, sobra! By noon, our feet ached and our tummies grumbled so we headed straight to Classic Savory to have our favorite fried chicken and pancit.
