By the time you read this, I may be on the stage with my boy singing our duet and I'm so nervous. The school is having a "Parent and Son Duet" and we signed up for that. My boy was actually looking forward to singing a solo this year but there'll be none this year. So dear me had to join in.
Friends and family have been giving me supportive messages on Facebook. They've known me to be a soloist in our church's choir in the past. But I haven't sung in front of an audience in years! I just hope I won't be a nervous wreck.
We're singing "Jesus, Take The Wheel" by Carrie Underwood. I think I'll be singing it from the heart. I'm asking Jesus to help me go through this, hehehe. My boy pa naman wants us to get to the final round next week. Or else daw. Or else what?! Hay, pressure!
