What I Do Full-Time

Being a mom is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week job. I learned this fact when I had my son. Parenting changed the course of my life. I set aside my career plans until he was four years old. Then, I went ahead and pursued my teaching career. I may make other career plans in the future, but all of them will have to be part-time. I am a proud full-time mommy after all.

What I Do Part-Time

I was born a Gemini so expect me to always have my hands full of everything and anything I can get my hands into. I am a wife, a daughter, and a friend. I am a Language and Reading teacher. I am also a blogger and a freelance web content writer. I am a music lover, a photography and photoshop newbie, a travel bug, and a MacGyver wannabe.

July 27 is a Philippine Special Working Holiday, Palace Clarifies

Malacañang Palace has just clarified the earlier report that July 27, 2009 is a non-working holiday. Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita made the clarification.

So mommies, I am so sorry for ruining your long weekend plans. Please disregard my earlier post about it this morning as this clarification was posted only around 1 p.m.
